Delete your account from inside the app

1. Open Follie.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

You must be signed in to see this option. Follie can be used entirely without an account, and if you have never signed in there is no account or server-side data to delete.

Or ask us to delete it

Email follie@heyattuned.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our servers:

• Your account record and authentication credentials
• Your name and email address
• Synced anesthetic plans, including the case details they contain — age, sex, weight, comorbidities, medications and allergies
• Synced case logs, favorites, and the notes you wrote in the Notebook and Anes. Team sections
• Follie Academy study progress, if you turned syncing on
• Any record marking you as a previous purchaser

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is kept, and for how long

• Data on your device is not affected. Deleting your account removes what is on our servers. Everything on your phone stays until you delete it in the app or uninstall Follie, and you may keep using the app as a guest.
• Feedback you submitted is retained. It is stored without a link to your account and we cannot identify which submissions were yours. If you want a specific submission removed, email us with enough detail to find it.
• Game leaderboard entries are retained for the same reason — they carry no account identifier and cannot be traced back to you.
• Procedure names submitted from the Notebook are retained. They are not linked to any account and contain nothing that identifies you.
• Crash reports held by Sentry are retained under Sentry’s own retention schedule. They contain no account identifier — Follie never associates a user with a crash report.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are not ours to delete. Deleting your Follie account does not cancel a subscription; manage that in your App Store or Google Play account.

We do not keep an additional retention period for deleted account data. It is removed when you delete the account.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account to remove individual items. Deleting a plan, case log, or note inside the app removes it from our servers as well, the next time your device is online.
