Your license to use Follie is governed by Follie’s Terms of Service, together with the terms of the store you obtained the App from.

Apple App Store. Follie adopts the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which Apple requires where a developer does not supply its own:

Google Play. Apple’s agreement does not apply to apps obtained from Google Play. If you downloaded Follie from Google Play, your use is governed by Follie’s Terms of Service and the Google Play Terms of Service:

Where these terms differ, Follie’s Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and Attuned Labs LLC, and the store’s terms govern the relationship between you and that store.
