Made by one person who uses it
I’m Pavel Vaisberg, a CAA and the founder of Follie™. I started thinking about anesthesia apps during my Master of Science in Anesthesia, and my Doctor of Medical Science in Healthcare Leadership taught me something I carried into every part of Follie: build around the people who will use it, and listen to them first.
That’s how Follie started. I kept hearing the same thing from people across anesthesia: one case meant switching between several apps, one for the procedure, one for the drug, one for the emergency, and none of them knew the patient. Follie is one app that does, and it builds the plan.
Follie is updated most weeks. Suggestions and corrections go to follie@heyattuned.com and are answered by the person who built it.
How Follie is made
From named sources. The content is drawn from standard anesthesia textbooks, published guidelines, and drug labels. The references are listed on the page that uses them, and every one of the 1,316 Academy questions carries its sources.
By rules, not by AI. The plan generator is a rule engine: it builds a plan from the procedure library, the comorbidity guides, and the drug database, with doses calculated for the patient’s weight. It runs on your phone. The one AI feature, Follie Network, is a separate add-on that is off until you turn it on, and its answers come only from Follie’s own library, with citations.
Updated most weeks. Content and feature updates arrive in the app without a store update, and each one is announced in the app’s inbox. Every release is listed here.
Considerations, not orders. Every plan says so on its first line. Follie is for informational purposes only and is not intended for direct patient care decisions.
Patient data. Plans you save stay in your account. Patient details entered in the browser are not retained on the server. Anything that looks like patient information is removed before notes or cards are shared. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

Follie is made by Attuned Labs LLC. The anesthetic plan generator is patent pending. Follie Academy is an independent study aid, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification board, credentialing organization, or examination provider.
