The reference library, calculators and Follie Academy, for now.
Follie Academy has a new way to study. Recitations shows you a question on its own, so you answer it in your head before the choices appear. Pick one, read the rationale, and then say how sure you were: Didn’t know, Shaky, Somewhat, or Knew it. Above each of those is when it comes back, so you know what you are choosing before you tap. A card you are still learning comes round again in minutes; saying you knew it is what sends it to tomorrow and beyond.
Because the card checks your answer for you, the schedule runs on what happened as well as how it felt. Say you knew one, get it wrong, and it comes back the same day and sits under Sure but wrong on your Progress page until you get it right.
Today’s review is the one button most days need. Under it there is a deck for each domain and each exam track, every dose line in the Drug Database as a recall card, the cards you got wrong, and cards you write yourself.
Two things on the Academy screen changed name while we were in there: Free Study is now Practicum, and Education is now Foundations. Nothing moved and nothing was lost — your progress, your streak and your history are where you left them.
Progress takes an exam date now. Set one and it works out how many new questions a day reach the coverage your readiness score rewards, and nothing is ever scheduled past the exam itself.
Academy is still in beta and still included for everyone. If a card looks wrong, there is a report link on every one of them.
Searching the library is still included, still runs on your device, and still works offline. That part has not changed.
Follie Network is the new part, and it is separate. Connect it and Follie reads the pages your question matches, then answers the question you actually asked, drawing on several entries at once. Answers carry numbered citations you can tap to open the page, and Follie says so when the library falls short rather than filling the gap.
The Network toggle sits at the top of chat and starts off. It needs a connection and an account; library search needs neither. Follie Network is for information and education — always use professional judgment and follow your institution’s protocols.
Tap a phrase to hear its pronunciation guide spoken, so you can say it yourself. It is a pronunciation aid, not an interpreter: for communicating with a patient, and for consent especially, use a qualified medical interpreter.
Audio plays only for the languages your device has a voice installed for.
A new + button in Casebook › Case Log records a case directly, no generated plan needed. Long-press a case card to edit it in place. The old Attending Name field is now Supervising Clinician, shows on the card, and exports as its own CSV column. Pick the case date from a calendar; dates no longer show one day early.
